I work with a diverse range of issues, but have a particular specialization in: survivors of childhood trauma, depression, and anxiety. I work with adults, adolescents, and couples. Additionally, I am trained in Somatic Experiencing, a psychobiological intervention that uses body work to treat emotional and shock trauma.
In the therapeutic process, I use a mind-body approach that integrates traditional talk therapy, bodywork, and Somatic Experiencing techniques to recognize and work through interpersonal issues and relieve accumulated emotional stress in your body that interferes with intimacy, creativity, a sense of purpose, and overall well-being.
