I enjoy helping others on their path to finding their authentic self (& truly valuing that person). I have specialized training and experience in processing trauma, dealing with stress, managing anxiety, thriving with neurodiversity, and in coping with grief and loss. I use cutting edge interventions like CBT, ACT, DBT -just to name a few.
