You may feel on edge even when life looks “fine.” Your body stays alert, bracing for what might go wrong. In relationships, closeness can feel confusing—longed for and feared at the same time. You might carry shame that isn’t yours, feeling “too much” or not enough. At work or school, your mind goes blank or races, exhaustion follows effort, and you wonder why simple things feel so hard.
I help you listen to your body with kindness. Together, we slow things down, build a sense of safety from the inside out, and gently untangle old survival patterns. Using practical body-based tools, we help your nervous system settle so you can respond to life with more choice and steadiness.
Nothing about you is broken—your body learned how to survive. Healing does not require reliving the past, only learning to feel safe in the present. If you’re ready for a steadier nervous system and a kinder relationship with yourself, we can work together at a pace that honors your body and your story.
