I take a holistic and integrative approach using evidence-based theories and techniques to customize therapy to you. I specialize in Trauma work, both single event and Complex Trauma. I am EMDR trained which is an extensively researched and evidence-based method of therapy designed to resolve unprocessed traumatic memories in the brain.
