Hi! My name is Michele. I am a master’s level therapist located in White House and Franklin, TN! I specialize in working with both teenagers & adults. I have a particular passion for helping teens navigate the unique challenges of adolescence, and I find great fulfillment in supporting them through this transformative period! I also enjoy working with adults, appreciating the different experiences and complexities that come with this stage of life. A few areas I focus on: life transitions, identity, depression, anxiety, family dynamics, trauma, suicidality, and attachment.

I believe the client-clinician relationship is the most important part of therapy, so I take a laid-back approach and prioritize my client's comfort.
