I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with an MA in Clinical Psychology. I am passionate about utilizing the Gottman Method Couple's Therapy approach and have completed level 3 training. I help couple's begin to utilizing effective communication strategies, manage difficult conflicts and learn new ways to increase passion and romance. In addition to my work with couples, I enjoy working with individual adults also struggling in relationships but would like a one-on-one focus.
During my time with individuals and/or couples, I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR and attachment. For individuals and couples wanting to integrate mental health and Christianity, I can offer a faith-based perspective. I am licensed in ID, OR, WA & CA.
