My name is Michele Green. License number 8450c. My approach to therapy is client-centered and my main focus of practice is trauma and traumatic incidents. My approach is a casual and comfortable place to process difficult feelings and thoughts. I use a feminist approach that is client-centered, solution focused, and empathetically based. I typically work with clients who have experienced trauma from all walks of life. I enjoy working with the LGBTQA community. I am comfortable with PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, depression, and anxiety.
My tone is direct but empathetic. I like to dive into the issues kindly and with a sense of humor. I encourage confronting fears and learning to be in disagreement in a comfortable way.
The first session will be information gathering and deciding together if we are a good fit. We talk at your pace as the client and do our best to address the areas for improvement.
