Although I work with individual adults, couples, and adolescents my expertise is in working with women of all ages to address self-esteem and boundary issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, and co-dependent relationship dynamics. My goal is to create a safe and accepting environment where you feel seen, heard, and understood as I support you in a process of deep exploration and understanding of yourself.
The foundation of my therapeutic approach is based in part on my past experience as a personal trainer and wellness coach where I helped women achieve their health and fitness goals. Through a collaborative process we will work together to address your unique challenges and uncover the barriers that have kept you from living the life you want and deserve.
