I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 12 years of experience providing individual, couple, and group counseling. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with the last 4 years focused on telehealth/virtual counseling. I specialize in working with individuals who experience depression, anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar disorder, Substance Use, and co-occurring disorders. I believe we are all a product of our experiences and our thoughts and feelings around those experiences. I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment that fosters interpersonal growth and overall well-being.
