For over 10 years, I have focused on helping people with complex and often seemingly unmanageable problems find joy, build resilience and peace again. My practice specializes in young adult therapy. We work together to become aware of your thoughts and feelings about a problem, and how to look at those problems in different, more manageable ways.

I would normally work with you for at least three to six months with combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, supportive resources and a referral for a medication evaluation and management. We may include other empirical therapies, which we could discuss. Most patients see gradual lifting of symptoms within three months and consistent improvement thereafter.
