Do you or your child experience times of deep sadness, frustration, and confusion and you don't know how to describe what is going on or how to fix it? I imagine this leads to continued strong feelings, strain in relationships, and dysfunction in the home. If you reignite with these feelings, you are meant to be in my office as you are not alone. Through the mix of Sandplay Therapy, client centered play therapy, and traditional talk therapy we can demystify these emotions and find solutions that work for you and your family.
I'm a Registered Sandplay Practitioner with the Sandplay Therapist of America. When you enter my office, you will find a large arrangement of figures filling an entire wall, two sand trays, and a protected and safe place to process both conscious and unconscious material that causes you distress. This is safe for trauma work.
