As a licensed professional counselor, I provide social & emotional nourishment to individuals, couples & families struggling with relationships, life stressors, transitions & health challenges - in other words, all of the joys and challenges of being human. I love to help other parents (a tough, humbling gig!) develop healthy, fulfilling relationships with themselves, their children and each other. I also have extensive experience in grief, loss & chronic illness, and companion people in healing.
