Welcome! My name is Michele. I am a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist actively working in the field since 2019. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Jose State University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Palo Alto University. My therapeutic style involves creating space to talk honestly about life, relationships, and all the things that come up as we navigate through it. Providing a safe place to create a community where you feel supported, validated, and seen. Common approaches we might tap into are supportive, interpersonal, trauma focus, attachment, and narrative.
I work with a wide range of Clients and diagnoses dealing with topics around coping with life changes, anxiety/stress, depression, mood, relationships, trauma, anger, and harm (to name a few).
