You will regain a sense of empowerment, and together, we can break down the barriers you feel in life. I work to empower you, and maintain the belief that people have the capacity for change.
I work from the understanding that often these issues are the result of a person’s inner-self doing the best you can to deal with life experiences—to adapt, survive, and prevent you from ever getting hurt again. In my therapy practice, I try to give justice to a person's true nature, seeing beyond the layers of protection, no matter how self-destructive.
