As a mature adult I have experienced many challenges in my own life such as being a single parent, changing careers, toxic workplaces, financial struggles, and surviving breast cancer treatment. I can offer true empathy and understanding to each of my clients as they share their struggles, accomplishments, hopes and dreams in a confidential environment.
It is an honor for me to develop a trusting relationship with another person. In my therapy work I walk along side clients as they explore their thoughts, memories and behaviors and develop new ways of perceiving themselves, others and the world around them. It takes an open mind, targeted effort, and everyone’s favorite … time. The results are worth it!
