Many of my clients are high-functioning adults navigating anxiety, chronic stress, dating/relationship challenges, complicated family dynamics, spiritual concerns, and major life transitions. I work with individuals struggling with high stress, anxiety, adhd, communication issues, relationship struggles, family of origin patterns, self esteem, and life transitions. I have extensive experience working with diverse populations and complex relational dynamics.
