As a clinical social worker with forty years of experience working with a wide variety of populations from toddlers to seniors, I love what I do! I specialize in working with individual's experiences of trauma & loss, codependency and life transitions. I also work with couples and families, facilitating a greater understanding of one another, providing skills to cope with and overcome challenging situations in a more effective way. I believe my role is that of a guide in one's journey of healing and growth and I provide a safe space to do so.

The name of my practice, "Blue Moon", comes from the idea of a rare occurrence. Finding the right fit with a therapist with whom one can be their true, authentic self, while receiving the needed support and guidance, can be a rare thing, something that may happen only "once in a blue moon". (It is also a sign that I am a "blue dot ally.")
It is my goal to provide a safe space and supportive relationship to enable clients to explore and address the challenges that have brought them to therapy. Through the process of empowerment to overcome obstacles and embrace grace, one can develop emotional, relational and spiritual health that will enable clients to live a satisfying and fulfilling life.
