I am a licensed psychologist with over 15 years of experience providing psychological services to children, adolescents, and adults. My therapeutic approach is integrative and draws from several evidence based modalities including client centered, cognitive behavioral, attachment based interventions and play base interventions.
Therapy isn't about "fixing". It is about growth and love for self and others. It is about clarity through conversation, improving coping skills for all the hard things in life and strengthening healthy relationships.
