Life is full of challenges and surprises. I am passionate about supporting individuals with developing and utilizing skills to cope with these challenges. I recognize that each individual has unique needs, strengths, and treatment goals. Therefore, therapeutic techniques are tailored to the individual. I typically incorporate the following approaches into treatment: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy.
In addition to working with individuals of all ages in an office-based setting, I have experience with providing therapy to children and families in a community-based setting. Currently, I most often work with children, adolescents, and young adults. Additionally, I am a Certified Clinical Child and Adolescent Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP-CA).
