About
Connect with yourself + Connect with others! In my practice, Connect Counseling, I’m here to work together with you and for you. I’m here to help you connect with your best self, get your life back on the course you want it to be headed, and help you rediscover what brings you the most joy and happiness in your life. Whether you are dealing with relationship issues, feeling lost, stuck, or overwhelmed, it’s important for you to know that there is hope. Together, we will work to evaluate what is no longer serving you and come up with a plan to connect you with your goals and path to your best self and relationships.
I specialize in helping clients to live more authentically and connect more effectively with loved ones. My personal approach has been described as warm, inclusive, proactive, engaged, patient and relational. I work with couples and individuals of all backgrounds, including those who are navigating divorce and coparenting.
