I practice with a non-directive approach as I feel therapy is more effective when led by the client. I am trauma-informed and use various mindfulness techniques to help clients heal from trauma, depression, life transitions, and anxiety. I greatly enjoy working with the LGBTQIA+ community, young adults, and couples in my practice.
