My focus is to help provide peace, lower stressful anxiety, depression and other areas of discomfort and build self-confidence. Life is needs to be happy and easily adjustable. Positive Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions Focused therapies plus more are utilized to help replace the old with new creative life goals. Equine Assisted, Sand Tray and talk therapies will help to recreate new thoughts and feelings: EMDR, guided meditation; self calming; and recognizing self defeating thoughts all spiritually based.
I provide techniques with neuro re-training revised or renewed neuropathways are established to ease anxiety, depression, and other issues without a long therapeutic process. Talk tberapies, EMDR, guided meditation, self calming exercises. This training is provided by a Licensed Professional that is genuinely with you through your needs.

Parent Ed. and Family Stabilization Training
Court Mandated and approved training for effective family communication and stabilization while proceeding through divorce, child custody and other modification. This is a four hour course. Certificate of completion will be provided at the end of the training.
