I have experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, substance use disorder, as well as those diagnosed with both mental health and substance use issues. I have also worked with the forensic population (incarcerated, on parole, etc.). As a mother of a neurodivergent child, who is on the autism spectrum, I can offer empathy and a safe space to feel supported to all parents. As a member of the neurodivergent and kink communities, and a LGBTQ+ community ally, I can also provide empathy, insight, and support to members of those communities.
I was inspired to become a therapist because I have always had a unique ability to connect and empathize with others, as well as an intrinsic passion for helping others to lead the life they want to live. I provide a judgment-free, safe space, where my clients can feel comfortable to be their true selves and to talk with me about anything.
I tailor my therapeutic approach to the individual, as I believe that each person is unique. If you are interested in learning more about how my person-centered approach can help you lead the life you want to live, please contact me via email or the phone number listed on this profile to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation.
