With adults, I use somatic psychology and AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy) to help clients develop self-awareness and ease. For children, I offer play therapy to create a safe space for emotional expression.
My approach combines Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Dance and Movement Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, Somatic Psychology, AEDP, and Psychodynamic Therapy, providing a flexible pathway to healing.Informed by Humanistic-Existential and Buddhist philosophies, the process emphasizes self-compassion and the wisdom within each person.
