As a firm believer in people's innate capacity for healing and growth, my therapeutic approach centers on empowering my clients' confidence and assisting them to adopt a balanced approach to life. My personal devotion to natural living guides my non-pharmaceutical treatment approach which relies mainly on the CBT and humanistic/existential approaches. To optimize treatment outcome I carefully tailor my interventions to the specific needs and styles of my clients. My goal is to help you fall in love with life again and obtain a state of internal balance which is the key for a happy, healthy, and meaningful life.
I have an extensive experience conducting psychotherapy with clients who face a variety of interpersonal and psychological issues.
