If you are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, self expression and/or an eating disorder then you have come to the right place! We work together to find the techniques in my toolbox that work best to empower you.
I specialize in suicidality, self injury, trauma and family conflict specific to the adolescent population. I also really enjoy working with women up to age 45. I am trained in EMDR and Polyvagal Theory, and utilize other modalities like Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
I've been mentoring teens and children before I pursued my MSW with Oorah's programs for 5 years. I believe that people are good and have the potential within to become their best self. I invite you to my office for a fulfilling and life changing experience. I look forward to working with you!
