I work with high-functioning adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, burnout, and a complex relationship with substances. You don’t have to be in crisis to want change. My approach is depth-oriented, holistic, and compassionate. I integrate mindfulness practices and Compassionate Inquiry. Together, we slow things down and begin to understand your patterns.
