About
I am a licensed psychotherapist. I have worked in the field for over 15 years addressing issues of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, impulse control issues as well as relationship problems. I work with children and adults. My approach is client centered, I personalize my intervention to fit the needs of each individual client. I am proficient in psychodynamic, relational, cognitive behavioral therapy as well as play therapy and family systems therapy. My approach is thoughtful and insight oriented.
In Adults I specialize in Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, Grief, Suicide, Relationship Problems, PTSD, In Children and Adolescents I specialize in ADHD, Suicide, Self Mutilation, Relationship and School Problems. I work from a strength based approach in order to empower the client. The environment provided is compassionate, supportive and non-judgmental.
I am fluent in both English and French. I am fortunate to be able to work with both children and adults. I work with people of all backgrounds, lifestyles and faiths.
