Looking for a serene space to heal deep wounds? I offer trauma, attachment, and EMDR intensives for adults seeking deeper healing than traditional weekly therapy can often provide. Through half-day, full-day, and multi-day immersive experiences, we create the time and space needed to process stuck experiences, reconnect with your authentic self, and build lasting momentum. My work integrates EMDR, parts work, somatic approaches, and equine-assisted psychotherapy through the Natural Lifemanship model. Intensives are customized for each individual and may include office-based, equine-assisted, or retreat-style experiences.
I believe meaningful healing happens when we slow down long enough to listen to what hurts, what protects, and what longs to emerge. My work is grounded in the resilience of the human spirit and the belief that even longstanding wounds can transform when given the time, attention, and support they deserve.
