We each hold anger, grief, hope, wisdom, confusion, joy, sadness, despair, and infinite other qualities — but we often end up feeling limited to certain roles, or divided as separate (and sometimes warring) selves. Clients of mine desire increased wholeness and find a supportive space to explore what may feel sometimes like estranged identities. I draw from the wisdom of Internal Family Systems to help clients find a deeper sense of connectedness and confidence within, and with others. Helping clients speak their truths through deeper communication is at the heart of my practice, for couples or individual clients.

I believe in creating unique therapeutic paths that fit each person, and am always looking to create space, hope, growth, and an increased sense of ease in being our true selves. I have helped individuals and couples navigating relationship struggles, addiction, anxiety, depression, codependency, trauma, communication issues and more.

I lead with compassion and endless curiosity for the beautiful tangle of intricacies innate to each person. I understand how difficult it can be to trust a therapist with burdens you have carried yourself for years; I also understand how it feels to finally have help with those burdens.
