I know healing isn't linear, sometimes it's more like a scribble with a highlighter. Specializing in trauma, addiction, anxiety, and depression, I help adults upgrade their emotional toolkits using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Whether you’re stuck in survival mode or just tired of spiraling, I’m here to help you stop white-knuckling life and start living it. I use a person-centered approach in rapport building with my clients so that they feel empowered during their treatment. It’s not magic—it’s a mindset. Because we all do the best we can with the tools we have. My job is to make sure yours aren’t missing any instructions.

There is no hierarchy in treatment. You provide the lived experience and I provide the knowledge on how to process what you’re going through to cope with symptoms effectively. Because of this, I take a collaborative approach to treatment. Resilience in Recovery recognizes that change can be terrifying and because of this, I emphasize a united approach.

I believe that, in order to feel truly cared for, you must feel understood. Because of this, I allow you to educate me on your lived experience and validate the feelings that emerge from your words. My priority is to have my clients feeling seen, heard, validated, and supported through their journey of personal development.
