Therapy is not a place to "fix" you. It is a place to make room for your full experience with curiosity, compassion, and learn to accept the parts you may want "fixed". I understand that making space for yourself can feel unfamiliar or even overwhelming; as for many of us it has been often modeled to prioritize everything and everyone before ourselves. You are not alone in feeling that setting aside time for yourself may feel unattainable. My goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable exactly as you are and help you in reflecting you are just as important as who you may be devoting your time and energy to.

My background includes working with adolescents and young adults navigating varied life experiences. I have experience supporting clients managing disordered eating behaviors, unmasking neurodivergent traits, as well as navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-image challenges, body image concerns, and relationship issues.

Together, we will reconnect with your personal values to start taking steps in recognizing what matters to you beneath the noise of societal expectations, internal pressures, and self-doubt. The goal is not perfection. The goal is to create long sustainable change to build a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling for YOU.
