I use a client-centered approach and focus on interpersonal processes and relationships, attachment, and cultural and environmental contexts to understand you in an authentic way.
I provide individual counseling to teens (13+) and adults for a variety of mental health concerns, with a special emphasis on mood disorders, anxiety, adjustment disorder, interpersonal concerns, and trauma. I strive to meet you where you are in your journey of self-exploration while helping you discover opportunities for change.
