I have 10 years of experience supporting women through mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, perinatal mood disorders, and trauma. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, TF-CBT, Brain-Based Parenting techniques, and Mindfulness. Additionally, I am passionate about using a strengths-based approach in therapy to tailor sessions to each individual I work with to help them achieve their goals.
