With children, developing emotional tools; with individuals, rediscovering clarity and resilience; with families, restoring communication and connection. I use Gottman Level 1 Training with couples, helping partners strengthen trust, understanding, and rebuild.
I offer short term and long term treatment. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore, understand, and work through the challenges you're facing.
