It takes courage and vulnerability to seek a therapist, and it is my goal to meet you with kindness, authenticity, and expertise. I believe there is deep goodness in sharing the broken parts of ourself with another in order to process hurts and find restoration. Together in therapy we'll create a space to tend to current symptoms while exploring the impact of past experiences and where you'd like to go from here.
I work with teens (12+) and adult women struggling with issues including anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also enjoy sitting with those doing process work for deeper insight and wholeness, and people interested in exploring faith and identity. I also work with parents looking to gain insights and skills parenting kids and teens with challenging behaviors.
I believe each person's therapy should be as unique as they are and together we'll create a safe space to address needs and symptoms. Right now I am seeing clients solely through video telehealth. If you believe I could be of support to you, I'd love to hear from you.
