My therapeutic approach is heavily influenced by Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I emphasize Harm Reduction when it comes to modifying substance use or other behaviors. I can also provide support for integrating plant medicines and other psychedelic-assisted treatments.
