Over time, families can struggle to find connection and joy in the midst of their challenges. The good news is that there is hope when we can attune to your child's individual needs!
I use an attachment-focused and neuroscience-informed approach that can help you better meet your child’s needs, manage behavioral issues, and rediscover joy and connection in your relationship. I have specialized training in Theraplay (a family-focused and playful approach to meet relational needs) and EMDR (to process trauma and reduce triggers).
