About
It is hard enough to ask for help when you know what is not working for you in life. It becomes increasingly more difficult when there is only pain and the source is unknown. I focus on helping you reach your therapeutic goals by listening and building our therapeutic relationship; and strive to create a safe environment for you to explore the source of your struggle and pain without judgment. I do this through a lens called Restoration Therapy by understanding the current pain cycle and helping you to establish a peace cycle.
Having a safe place to explore relationship stresses (internal and external) is vital to the healing process for an individual, couple, and families. I will help navigate the path towards the therapeutic goals. This will be assisted by identifying strengths and abilities each person can bring as a resource.
My goal is to help heal, build, and bond your relationships. There is nothing more important than the relationship you have with yourself and the relationship others have with you. I pledge to never give up on you and your relationships; and together we can overcome the most difficult obstacles. As we journey together, you will not be forgotten.
