Treat all OCD Spectrum Disorders, including Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs) such as Trichotillomania (hair pulling), Dermatillomania (skin-picking), Nail-biting, Cuticle-pulling; Tics; Tourettes Syndrome; Hoarding; Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD); Anxiety Disorders; and Depression. Patients range in age from 3 to 93 years old. Our goal at the OCD Spectrum Clinic is to make us obsolete.
OCD is a chronic illness. It cannot be cured, but is extremely controllable. Patients learn what to do if symptoms return. We use a collaborative approach, with a focus on relapse prevention. My goal is to have you and your family members become experts in the treatment of OCD.
1st and only Arizona Treatment Provider to attend all three advanced training programs offered by the IOCDF, including Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) for OCD, Advanced Professional Institute (API) for Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs), and CBIT (Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics) for Tics/Tourettes Syndrome.
