Hello, I’m Michael, a person-centered therapist dedicated to creating a warm, supportive space where healing and growth can happen. I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges.
I have experience supporting clients with relationship conflicts, depression, anxiety, PTSD, men’s issues, behavioral challenges, self-esteem, and addiction. I also support clients working through grief and loss, divorce or separation, life transitions, identity-related questions, and attachment-related trauma.
My approach is rooted in attachment theory, and I am trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) when working with couples.
I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful, evidence-based therapy for processing trauma and reducing distressing symptoms. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS).
As a husband and father of two young children, I bring real-life understanding to the joys and stressors of parenting and family life, offering supportive guidance to families navigating a variety of challenges.
