I believe that the ultimate goal of therapy is to alleviate pain and suffering, and that everyone has the capacity for growth and change. I often work with clients feeling “stuck” in their life or struggling in relationships or work.

Therapy helps you navigate challenges, identify patterns, and understand what keeps you feeling stuck. This often involves exploring past experiences, family dynamics, or trauma. I specialize in working with professionals in tech and education, as well as individuals with international or expat backgrounds.
