I seek to help people who struggle in life with depression, anxiety(fear), unhealthy thought patterns, feeling overwhelmed with responsibilities, loneliness, trouble in relationships and marriages, and the impact of past traumas.
I use a solution-focused approach to counseling based on the principles, instructions, truths, insights and disciplines found in the bible. I will use Bible as the textbook in which will be empowering and transforming. Using Christian Cognitive behavior techniques help form your thoughts and beliefs that lead to healing, growth and restored life.
As a person who has been through drug/alcohol recovery through a Christ-centered program(Celebrate Recovery), and overcome severe panic attacks, depression and anxiety with the help of a wonderful Christian counselor, I know first hand how difficult it is for you.
