As a queer person myself, I have a passion for helping LGBTQIA+ folks, young adults, and people from all walks of life facing anxiety, depression, trauma or general dissatisfaction to manage their life in a way that brings joy, actualization, and peace.
My collaborative and integrative approach can help build an intentional, mindful environment free of judgement, where you can be seen and accepted wholly as you are. My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in an intersectional, person-centred style that also incorporates relational elements tailored to you.
