About
Therapy can be extremely beneficial for a variety of life stressors and challenges, and yet it can be overwhelming to make that first call. In my office, you will find the comfort and acceptance needed to make this process not just manageable, but rewarding and healing.
I am passionate about supporting people through change and empowering clients to manage and overcome difficulties by helping them identify the strengths within themselves. I have over 20 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families.
I've held various roles within state agencies, and as such, I am well versed in navigating the difficult systems. I incorporate mindfulness and acceptance as core components in my work with clients, and believe every person has the capacity and strength to live the life they desire and the ability to attain their goals.
