I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia, providing client-centered therapy for adolescents (high school), adults, and couples. I specialize in men's issues, trauma, depression, anger management, mood and behavioral concerns, adjustment issues, and parenting skills. As a certified facilitator of the Prepare/Enrich program, I also offer premarital/couples counseling using a research-based approach to help partners strengthen communication and deepen connection. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, the Gottman Method, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
I create a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can explore concerns, identify strengths, and discover new pathways to growth and healing. I enjoy incorporating clients' personal interests, skills, and hobbies to develop healthy perspectives and practices. I welcome the integration of faith/spirituality into the therapeutic process.
I'm in-network with Aetna, Optum, Oscar, United Healthcare, Anthem, BCBS, and Cigna, and I accept private pay clients. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, with evening and Saturday appointments available. My office is conveniently located in Peachtree Corners.
