My style of therapy stresses the importance of understanding the context of a person’s life when considering the challenges they face and emphasizes personal responsibility for overcoming those challenges. I empower my clients to engage with all parts of themselves and use the wisdom within them to break the patterns that have held them back.
My education includes classes on multicultural counseling, human sexuality, and substance abuse. I have experience providing therapy to people dealing with; depression, anxiety, relationship issues and substance use.
