About
The foundation of my counseling philosophy is the dignity and value of each human person. I understand that you may be anxious or apprehensive speaking with a therapist about things that are difficult to discuss. I will strive to earn your trust by creating a therapeutic environment based on confidentiality that is conducive to healing.
I specialize in helping people who are experiencing relationship or intimacy problems. If you have a pattern of destructive or unhealthy relationships, compulsive use of sex or pornography, or simply struggle to find happiness or fulfillment, I can help.
I have over 13 years experience working with individuals, couples and families struggling with addiction and other issues, including depression, low self-esteem, communication, relationship problems, divorce, grief, stress, anger management and spirituality.
