Everyone lives a diverse, intersectional existence with idiosyncratic experience. Acknowledging this means relating to others with inclusivity, openness, and humility. This philosophy not only humanizes clients, many of whom identify as marginalized community members (e.g., BIPOC, LGBTQ+, accessibility needs, low-SES), but also honors their authenticity. Thus, I practice from an existential-humanistic-relational lens so I can naturally personalize therapy with evidence-based techniques (e.g., CBT, SFT, ACT) and psychological theories (e.g., identity, attachment, multicultural) necessary for understanding clients' intersectionality.

My clinical approach values the therapeutic relationship as a catalyst for transformative change and therapy as a training ground for clients to alleviate distress (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma), while exploring existential themes (e.g., authenticity, choice, meaning), interpersonal dynamics (e.g., relating to others), and client-specific goals.

The modern world is daunting, with a pace and pivot difficult to navigate. The rapid spin of sudden chaos. Steady drift of aimless wander. Dead still of eternal stagnation.
