I spent seven years as a collegiate head coach in cross country and track and field, rejoined my dream of counseling in 2020, and started our practice in 2022. My caseload is made up of 70% youth between 4 and 18, 30% adults, and about 75% men and boys, overall. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, techniques from play therapy for the youngest clients, and see couples with an assertive REBT action-oriented style. I am mostly in-person here in Colorado Springs, and I work weekends! Let's get better!
